This place suffers from excessive noise with constant traffic sounds and paper-thin walls allowing sounds from neighboring rooms to intrude. Kitchenette amenities are a letdown, lacking essential utensils and cookware, which severely limits cooking options. Cleanliness is an issue. Dust settles on surfaces and the rooms exhibit signs of neglect, like water stains and uncleaned floors.

What's great and what's not
The staff was friendly and accommodating, giving me an early check-in to keep my dogs cool! The location also allowed easy access to Walmart and great nearby restaurants.
The room cleanliness was concerning. There were still hairs in the tub and insufficient maintenance attention on the mold stains. Not ideal for a comfortable stay

Loved my stay, it was really good. Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, great bed and cheap room. The service was excellent, the staff were accommodating and responsive. Location: the hotel was right by restaurants, resteraunts, restuarants, shopping and a movie theater. There was bakery Krispy Kreme, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the venue.

We caught an amazing live outdoor concert at the Mckelligon Canyon Amphitheatre and enjoyed some outlet shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful. Don't miss the chance to chill by the pool!
One downside was that the room carpet could really have used a vacuum.
